Minimum rental period is one week; extra days are pro-rated. Please note that the Kauai Love Shack is a No-Smoking, No-Pets residence. Mahalo.

The above rental rates are based on up to four (4) guests. All rates are subject to change without notice, until reservation has been secured by rental agreement terms.  Additional fees include Set Up & Cleaning fees, Tax, and a minimal security deposit.  Actual quote is based on number of guest and lenght of stay.

If reservation is greater than, "90 days prior to arrival" date, 50% of above fees will secure your dates; the remaining balance due and payable “90 days prior to arrival” day.  If less than booking is "90 days prior to arrival", 100% of reservation fees are due upon to secure reservation dates.

Cancellation Policy: Any fees collected will be returned to you less $500.00 cancellation charge; after dates are blocked of live calendar. Provided we book the same time period to another party. We will actively pursue new reservation to fill the cancellationperiod.  If new reservation is less than the amount previously booking rate, refund will be prorated.
